Returns and Refunds

We understand that buying online often means products are not quite what you thought they were or do not fit. The law also recognises this so we are happy to receive returns from you and will refund and/or exchange the item for you. This policy is, however, subject to certain legal and commercial conditions so please read these below.

Conditions for returns

Subject to stock availability we will exchange and/or refund items that are returned to us within 14 days of being received by you. Please inform us of the reason for the return by email at together with the order number. 

Under the United Kingdom’s Distance Selling Regulations you have the right to cancel your order any time from when you place the order, to within 7 working days from the date you receive the goods, and receive a full refund including postage. If you wish to cancel your order, return your item and receive a full refund, you need to contact us via post or email and have returned the item within 7 working days of receipt of the goods. Please quote your order number on all correspondence. Due to health and hygiene reasons we are unable to accept returned underwear garments or earrings, unless faulty. Swimwear is only returnable if unworn and the hygiene strip is in place.

All products are to be returned complete, in perfect condition, unused, unwashed and with the original packaging. We will not accept returns for any non-faulty items that have been worn and/or tags removed. On receipt of the cancellation we will then refund the value of goods purchased within thirty days. Please note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the goods to us.

Returns of faulty/damaged items will only be accepted if the goods were faulty when delivered to you. At ISWAI we take every effort to check your purchase thoroughly for any faults before sending them out to you. All items returned as faulty will be inspected on receipt and any items deemed subject to fair wear and tear will not be accepted as faulty. We will replace a faulty item if a replacement is in stock and available. If you wish to be sent a replacement, please make your request clear when contacting us via email at about the fault. Returns of faulty goods must be returned to us within 14 days of being received by you. In case we cannot offer you a replacement, you will be given a refund.

Returns received outside the above time frames will not be accepted. For all returns you will be required to arrange and pay for the return of the products to us. We strongly recommend you obtain a free certificate of postage from the Post Office as we are responsible for your parcel only once it has been received by us and provided you have notified us by email of the above mentioned return within the time specified of receipt. Items lost in transit will not be treated as returned.
